Harrington Brands Group Assembles Top Venture Capital and Family Office Leaders in "The Future of Private Capital" Symposium
Kevin Harrington, Clark Hunt, Andy Tang, and leaders from 7-Eleven, the Texas Stock Exchange, and the brands behind Celsius, SkinnyPop, Red Bull discuss Venture Capital in a Post AI World
DALLAS, September 21, 2026. Harrington Brands Group made its public debut September 17th at The Future of Private Capital, an invitation-only gathering held in the Debate Chamber at Old Parkland that brought together more than 150 of the most influential family offices, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and capital allocators in Texas and beyond. Demand for the event exceeded the historic chamber's seating, with guests traveling in from Silicon Valley, New York, Midland, Houston, and as far as Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

The day was organized around a single question: where does private capital move next?
Kevin Harrington, Chairman of Harrington Brands Group and the Original Shark on Shark Tank, opened the morning with the playbook he has used across four decades in consumer products, earning over $10 billion in worldwide sales. Few investors alive can match his record: more than 1,000 deals done, with over 300 of them hits — odds that would be the envy of any venture portfolio. "Kevin is the ultimate deal guy," fellow Shark Daymond John has said. "Kevin sees more deals than any other Shark." That deal engine is now the foundation of Harrington Brands Group.
The program continued with Jesus Delgado-Jenkins, EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer at 7-Eleven and President of 7-Ventures from 2021 to 2026, offering a corporate venture perspective from one of the world's largest retailers. Andy Tang, Partner at Draper Associates and investor in over 50 unicorns, sat down with entrepreneur Alex Poscente to discuss where Silicon Valley's smartest money is looking now. The afternoon closed with a marquee fireside: Clark Hunt, Chairman and CEO of the Kansas City Chiefs and FC Dallas, interviewed live by Nicole Chambers, Global Managing Director of the newly launched Texas Stock Exchange.
Panels throughout the day featured the operators and investors behind some of the country's most recognizable consumer brands, including Celsius, SkinnyPop, Red Bull, Black Rifle Coffee, Priceline, and Beats, alongside top thought leaders and deal makers from private equity, venture capital, and family capital.
"This room could not have been assembled by chance," said Michelle Lemmons-Poscente, Managing Director and Board Member of Harrington Brands Group. "Every seat was intentional, every conversation was designed to matter, and the energy in the chamber confirmed what we believed: Texas is where the future of private capital is being written."
The event also marked the first public presentation of Harrington Brands Group, an evergreen brand-ownership platform built at the intersection of consumer products, consumer technology, and private capital providing turnkey vertically integrated services from product development, manufacturing, licensing, and distribution to logistics, marketing and legal. The company holds positions in over 50 consumer product and technology businesses, with plans to grow the portfolio to 100 companies over the next 18 months.
"The way people buy has changed. The reason why people buy has not," said Harrington. "I've spent my career spotting consumer businesses before they were obvious. Harrington Brands Group is that instinct built into a platform. What we introduced in Dallas is just the beginning."
The Future of Private Capital was presented by Title Sponsor Solairus Aviation, with support from Holland & Knight, Acrisure, and Lok N Blok.
